For our March meeting, we will be viewing “A Place Between: The Story of an Adoption.”
It is a story of two Native Canadian brothers who were adopted by White parents in the U.S. The filmmaker is actually one of the siblings. The movie explores the siblings’ differing journey around their adoption experience and their ongoing identity issues. The movie also shows them reconnecting with their birth family.
We hope you’ll be able to join us to watch an insightful film that should help us gain a better understanding of the universal adoption experience. The length of the film is 74 minutes.
